I've had type 2 diabetes for several years, and I've developed a few foot problems associated with with condition, such as neuropathy, corns, fungal infections and ulcers. Like many people with diabetes, I have to see a podiatrist regularly to keep my feet healthy, and my podiatrist has encouraged me to develop a daily foot care routine that keeps my feet soft and supple. I started this blog to share my journey back to healthy feet and the foot care tips I've collected over the years. I also post about new foot care products I've tried.
